Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time and does not include weekends or holidays.
For made-to-order or customized pieces, processing times may be longer, as each item is carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans. These extended timelines will be reflected in your estimated delivery date.

Shipping times begin once your order has been dispatched and do not include potential customs clearance delays or carrier-related disruptions.
In rare cases, delivery may take 16–20 business days due to unforeseen circumstances. While such delays are uncommon, they may occur during periods of high order volume or external disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you via email or phone.
